We want you to love your hair care routine, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer easy returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be at least half-full to qualify.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to the email address used during checkout.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
